HIPHOPERA PROJECT is a groundbreaking musical duo consisting of tenor Fabrizio "SHOLET" Chollet and mezzosoprano Lulumir, two classically trained opera singers who bridge the elite world of traditional vocal arrangements with contemporary urban soundscapes. Rooted in vocal training from institutions like the Ópera de Tijuana and UC Irvine, the pair brings a rich, multi-layered operatic framework to the rhythmic pulse of hip-hop, reggae, and jazz.
