CAYU makes music to groove, move and soothe the soul. CAYU is a groove-inducing, soul-touching & bone-crunching funk-rock artist. Born in Mexico, Diego Cayuela showed a deep love and connection to music. After following his education in jazz & modern music, his Spanish roots brought him back to Madrid where he debuted his musical project CAYU with a 16 track album “Close Enough to Bite”. His insatiable thirst for all kinds of music is evident in his electric, genre-bending songs with a strong emphasis on funk and rock.
