Once we receive your submission, we'll get in contact with you and work
together to decide on a deadline and payment plan for your project.
For reference, most of our mixing projects have a deadline of about 10 days,
but this will depend on the project workload.
The most important part of getting a mix or master sounding like you envision
it, is knowing exactly what we should be aiming for in the first place. There are a million
different ways to approach the same song, so it is crucial that we know exactly what you
want out of your project.
This means we'll ask you to provide (or work with you to find):
- A rough mix / demo of each song in the project
- A couple commercial references that are similar in style

Any other comments that could help us understand the direction of your mix
or master
If we get these things right, 90% of the time there's no
need for revisions.
* If you want, you can come in for a pre-mixing session where we can decide all
these details together to make communication easier and faster.
Once the creative direction of your project is understood, we'll begin work on
your mixes, and be ready to deliver them by the deadline we agreed upon.
You can then request any revisions, if you feel they are necessary. We don't
put a hard limit on the number of revisions you can request!
Once revisions have been addressed, your mixes are completed, and it is time to
hand in the project.
We'll host your files online so you always have access to them.
Per usual, our deliverables will be as follows:
- 48kHz, 24 bit WAV of your final mix
- 320 kb/s MP3 preview of how your mix will sound once mastered
- 48kHz, 24 bit WAVs of all the stems in the mix
- (Extra) The mix session file so you can analyse and learn from it
* If you want your mixes in a different sample rate or bit depth, simply
mention it and we'll be happy to oblige.
